As a result of making beautiful, moist, light cakes and constantly being asked for recipes we have decided – now is the time. During lockdown we have been hosting  virtual baking classes every week and as we ease back out of lockdown we are taking bookings for our live bridal classes. Brides & stags are always looking for something different and this is a perfect way for you to connect, have fun and learn something new. You will use some of our incredible recipes repeatedly.

Barbara Brennen has been a professional chef & baker for many years. She has graced the kitchens of both The Savoy and The Ritz hotels as a chef. She is dedicated to creating masterpieces and giving her vast knowledge to all passionate cooks & bakers of all levels
