The Venue
Swarling Manor has been one of the foremost wedding venues in Kent since 1996. Set in 75 acres of beautiful Kentish countryside, surrounded by glorious gardens that provide you with a wonderful setting for your civil marriage and/or wedding reception. We offer you a day as individual as you, with a flexibility to suit all. Our hospitality, standard of service and attention to detail will ensure your wedding day is unforgettable for all the right reasons.The Ceremony
In the summer you can hold your ceremony in our delightful gazebo on the formal lawns of the manor house or in the winter months in our beautifully restored 18th century barn with breathtaking views across the valley.The Reception
The barn is suitable for a traditional wedding breakfast of up to 100 guests or our marquee on the adjoining lawns can accommodate a wedding breakfast for 150 guests. This makes a wonderful location for the reception and provides plenty of space (we can even accommodate a larger marquee for up to 400 people if required). Our beautiful gardens offer the perfect setting for you to greet your guests and enjoy your drinks in this secluded idyll. Our sub-tropical and rose gardens offer many opportunities for your wedding photographs and the private location is perfect to relax with friends and family.Accommodation
Forming part of a converted Oast House in the grounds of Swarling Manor we have a self-catered cottage that is available for your use. Coach Cottage provides a peaceful haven for the bride and her attendants to prepare for the big day or for the happy couple on their wedding night. If you prefer, it may instead be used for overnight (or longer) accommodation for parents, relatives or guests, thereby alleviating the need to travel long distances prior to or following- Features
