Drinks: Smith’s supply all wines, beers and soft drinks ” sale or return” so you pay by consumption.
We also supply marquees, furniture, linens, cutlery, crockery & glassware.
You can always supplement the BBQ with canapés served on arrival and perhaps an afternoon tea later in the day.
A wedding day:
Guests: 100
Location: gardens of St James’ Church, Clerkenwell.Guests were offered canapés and champagne on arrival followed with a “deep South” American themed barbecue.
The Shoreditch canapé menu:
London smoked mackerel mousse with kiwi
Prawn rösti
Chicken Caesar in pastry cup
Mini “toad in the hole”
Goat’s cheese and fig chutney on savoury scone V
Bell pepper filled with ricotta, mint and toasted sesame VThe BBQ menu:
Pulled pork sliders, low and slow beef brisket with Kansas BBQ sauce and Aberdeen Angus burgers (with cheese option) All served with sides of mac cheese, corn on the cob, mixed salads and Smith’s American slaw (no mayo). Vegetarians enjoyed burritos and veggie burgersWait staff circulated serving Pimms, wines and a selection of bottled beers.
During the evening disco, late revellers were served with bacon butties and egg butties for the vegetarians.
