We are a dedicated team of culinary specialists who boasts over 30 years of experience in the catering industry and is passionate about their craft. We love working with couples to create bespoke wedding day experiences that are elegant, memorable, and spectacular.
Services Offered
We only use the finest local ingredients to create fantastic food that looks as good as it tastes. We offer a range of services that can be tailored to you. We provide an initial consultation to understand each couple’s wedding vision and use our knowledge and experience to bring that vision to life.
Master chefs Matt and Oli will create a customised menu to each couple’s specifications. Foray catering can provide delivery, setup, and clean up so clients can enjoy a smooth and seamless celebration. We can provide casual diners the night before the wedding and light breakfast or brunch on the day or the following day. The team can provide hors d’oeuvres, cocktail receptions, and champagne toasts. They can also supply chairs, tables, linens, and even a full bar service if required.
Cuisine
Foray Catering strives to exceed client expectations through the quality of their food and by providing a best-in-class customer experience to each couple. We specialise in high-quality British cuisine and offer a selection of set menus to choose from. Examples of the dishes available include a delicious slow-cooked lamb shoulder with mint salsa verde and wild garlic jus and a succulent heritage pork belly with apple thyme, cider, and rosehip sauce. We also have a selection of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options and a range of desserts to die for. Foray catering operates throughout Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and West Yorkshire.
