Florence & Olive is a bespoke wedding and event planning company based in Newbury, Berkshire. We specialise in curating flawless and elegant experiences that cater to the refined tastes of discerning clientele.

With over 30 years of planning weddings and events, we don’t just have the experience; we are also unique in that we have an in-house graphic designer that bespokes our couples day. From designing the wedding from day one to designing a brand for the couple with their own coasters, napkins, or signage, every detail is covered.

Our philosophy centres around weaving enchantment and significance into every facet of our work. We believe in crafting not just events but life-altering memories that resonate for a lifetime. From the soft glow of intimate candlelit gatherings to the grandeur of lavish weddings, each project we undertake becomes a canvas for our creative passion and unwavering dedication.

We offer three packages to suit all requirements.

Signature Package- Full Service: This includes overseeing all aspects of the event, from concept development to execution.

Tailored Package- Partial Event Planning: For weddings where the couple handles certain aspects themselves, such as venue selection or decor.

Whispers package. Day-Of Coordination: This service involves stepping in to manage the wedding on the actual day. This package may include your planner attending the final meetings with your key suppliers to ensure we can step into your shoes and you can enjoy your day.

Your first discovery meeting will last 45 minutes and is complimentary.
