The Mill House Hotel and Restaurant

Set in the heart of the Berkshire countryside, sitting beside the River Loddon, our enchanting family run Georgian hotel boasts an exceptional wedding service.

The Mill House offers elegant rooms to hold your wedding ceremony, which include floral decorations, extending onto beautiful gardens featuring our stunning fountain, and patio area to hold your drinks reception and to take those important photographs.

You can then continue your special day in our beautifully decorated marquee, which is available from April to September, with its riverside setting, while the friendly and attentive staff serve you excellent cuisine in a manner to impress the most discerning of guests. The marquee contains its own bar and facilities and provides you with your own garden area. We also offer a lounge adjacent to the hotel for guests who prefer to quietly reminisce with family and friends.

During Spring, Autumn and Winter, or for more intimate summer weddings we offer exclusive use of our house, with a warm, cosy atmosphere and roaring log fires. The elegant Garden Room with stunning views over our floodlit gardens provides a picturesque location for your luncheon and evening reception.

The master of ceremonies will co-ordinate the whole day for you, making all the announcements and organising all events, because this is your day and we are here to make sure that you relax and enjoy it to the full.
