The Old Chapel, Calstock

The Old Chapel at Calstock Arts is a beautiful setting on the banks of the River Tamar; the ideal space for a romantic elopement, an intimate small ceremony or a larger celebration with reception and evening event, making it a fabulous backdrop for your special day.

A converted Methodist Chapel, it has the original stained glass windows, a dramatic vaulted ceiling, a gallery and a stunning, floor height plate glass window with incredible views across the River Tamar to Devon with the famous Viaduct, fields & woodlands be-yond. With fantastic acoustics and amazing light that floods into the main auditorium, it’s a beautiful, elegant venue that you can make your own.

There are two main spaces: the Main Auditorium and the Kelly Room. Both can accommodate around 100 people. There is also a fully licenced bar & kitchen available.
