Lakeside Georgian Manor House - Lake Windermere


Escape to the romantic haven of Silverholme, a Grade II listed Georgian Manor built in 1820 and set on the shores of Lake Windermere. Silverholme sits within a private, family-run 5,000-acre estate, offering exceptional seclusion, natural beauty, and a sense of occasion that feels both grand and deeply personal.

The manor itself sleeps up to 18 guests, with accommodation for up to 250 guests across the estate in a variety of cottages and houses.  Silverholme is licensed for civil ceremonies in the beautifully converted Coach House or outdoors in a stunning lakeside setting. For couples planning a church ceremony, there are seven local churches within a five-mile radius, providing a wonderful choice of traditional settings.
