The Henry Robertson Suite & Footbridge
Our Suite seats a maximum of 64 people (including the happy couple).
This room hire fee includes an ivory floral display on the ceremony table, an aisle carpet and two bay trees at the entrance to the room.
Your own choice of music (approved by the registrar) and staff on hand to take care of all your requirements.
Exclusive use of the footbridge above the railway for the duration of the ceremony until you board the train.
Room Hire £750
The hire of the room does not include the cost of the registrar; they must
be contacted separately by the couple.
Train Carriage
Your carriage will be located at the front of the train so that it is exclusively for your use and
you will not be interrupted by any other passengers.
Seating for a maximum of 64 people (including the happy couple)
Tables will be laid out with your chosen menu choice and will be modestly decorated for your occasion with white table cloths on tables and a fresh flower bud vase. We recommend a seating plan is provided.
The train leaves Llangollen Station and will journey onto our end station of Corwen, then back to Carrog where the train stops for approximately 15 minutes.
The whole journey takes approximately one hour & forty minutes.
Carriage Hire £800
There is also the option to charter your own private train at an added cost. Price on application, please ask for more details.
