Ripley Court School
Ripley Court School is set in 19 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside with extensive playing field and a grade II listed School House
The Setting
Steeped in history, Ripley village has existed since Norman times. With over 20 listed buildings and one of the largest, oldest village greens in the country it is utterly charming.
The pretty church of St Mary Magdalen was constructed circa 1160. Lord Nelson is said to have stopped regularly in Ripley on his journeys between London and Portsmouth – one of his captains is even buried in the Churchyard there.
Ripley Court school house dates from the 17th century and provides a stunning backdrop to the pretty ha-ha and manicured lawns, all overlooked by our impressive clearspan marquee. With space to seat up to 350 guests there is plenty of scope for those looking to create their own theme. The grounds will even accomodate your guests overnight if you are thinking of hosting a festival-style camping wedding – the possibilities are endless.
