Bracken Tor House

Bracken Tor House is a licensed venue for civil ceremonies set in 4 acres of landscaped gardens on the edge of Dartmoor. It is a secluded, picturesque and idyllic retreat for a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception.

Within the grounds there are two accommodation buildings and a function room surrounded by bluebell woods and open moorland with great views from the terrace looking over the town and surrounding countryside. Even sunsets are possible.

In the grounds there is a gazebo with paved area so you can opt for an outside ceremony along with a swing for those essential wedding pictures. A variety of catering options is offered with the function room. Our friendly staff team will work with you to make the most of your wedding day.
