Hatch House
Hatch House is the family home of Sir Henry and Lady Rumbold and it’s set in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside with incredible views across the Vale of Wardour. It provides the perfect setting for a secluded country wedding, whatever the style.
Armorial gates at the top of the main drive lead in to a lofty avenue, which sweeps down to the house and garden. It’s the perfect way to arrive at Hatch where everyone is tucked out of sight in this incredibly private and romantic setting. The house’s theatrical façade faces the exquisite 17th Century walled Dutch garden, which has two tiers of lawn framed by herbaceous borders. Lady Rumbold has always regarded the Dutch Garden as “the best room in the House.
Hatch House is the perfect and idyllic location for small scale intimate weddings or larger scale celebrations. Couples can get married in the local church and have a reception at Hatch House or have both ceremony and reception in the gardens. There three licensed wedding areas at Hatch.
A Hatch House wedding is as unique as the couples getting married, it can be turned in to the backdrop for a perfect wedding day making dreams come true.
