Hagley Hall

Hagley Hall was built to entertain and today, as it was when it was built, is a beautiful and luxurious venue perfect for hosting ceremonies and celebrations of any size.

The Hall is set in 350 acres of landscaped parkland and is situated on the borders of Worcestershire, in the heart of the Midlands, making it easily accessible from all major motorway links and regional airports.

Hagley Hall offers exclusive use of their opulent and versatile State Rooms, all with spectacular views over the parkland. Licensed for civil ceremonies, civil partnerships and renewal of vows, they are just fifty yards from the church of St John the Baptist, who can also offer a Church of England ceremony.

The venue hire provides exclusive use of Hagley hall and Grounds.

January, February, March, April, October and November 2026

• Monday* to Thursday: £5,500.00
• Friday: £6,500.00
• Saturday & Sunday: £7,500.00

May, June, July, August, September and December 2026 (Prime Season)

• Monday* to Thursday: £6,200
• Friday: £7,200.00
• Saturday & Sunday: £8,200.00

* Please note that Bank Holiday Mondays are priced at the same rate as Saturdays in prime season.

Please note the above prices do not include the use of a marquee. A bespoke ceremony, reception and/or dance marquee can be supplied for an additional cost. Please enquire for more details.

Exclusive Wedding Hire Charges include:

• Exclusive use of this unique venue for nine hours up to midnight. Extra hours charged at the same hourly rate as standard nine hour charge.
• Our experienced Hospitality Manager to help organise your wedding from start to finish
• Maitre d’ to co-ordinate your day so that it all runs smoothly
• Photographic opportunity in State Rooms, terrace and grounds (weather permitting)
• Use of the Chinese Silk Suite for the Bride to change and pamper – additional charge
• Use of the Lyttelton family antique silver cake stand and knife
• Dedicated dancing area
• Fully staffed bar
• Antique-style chairs & trestle tables both round and rectangul

Catering

At Hagley Hall, their dedicated Head Chef and professional team understand the importance of selecting the finest, locally sourced produce to create mouth-watering menus to make your special day, even more memorable. They are delighted to offer a custom made package to bring you and your guests a stunning wedding breakfast to include the following: A selection of Chef’s special canapes on arrival, 3 course sit down wedding breakfast served in the opulent State Rooms and Tea / Coffee to finish with mints – Prices start from £55.00 per person

External caterers can be used, please enquire for their preferred suppliers list.
