About Monks' Barn


  • Monks Barn is a grade II listed medieval barn in the riverside village of Hurley.

    It offers you the opportunity of creating a special day with your own caterer, florist & furnishings.

    The Great Hall can seat up to 150 on round tables and there is a seperate bar area and dance floor.

    The Barn was built using flint and chalk and has a beautiful flagstone floor throughout. It has featured in a number of television dramas including Midsomer Murders and Burt & Dickie.

    You can welcome guests on the Monks’ Barn Lawn and secure overnight parking is available if required.

    The Barn can be viewed 7 days a week and is available to hire between May and September.
